All security activities logged at server level
All activities on candidates recorded in audit tables (and presented within the application to administrator users)
All communications with candidates stored in database (and presented within the application to administrator users)

Security by function

Candidates cannot edit their application once submitted
Recruiters cannot access candidates they are not responsible for
Only relevant data presented to different user types
