Konetic™ is proven on a global scale

At any one time, there are an average of 400 concurrent applicants using a Konetic™ platform somewhere in the world. Typical volumes are 1400 unique users per day. We deliver 99.99% availability – systems will only be down for around 1 hour per year for regular scheduled maintenance.

Konetic™ can integrate with existing systems

Konetic™ exports to Excel with one click, all reports (we have a library of over 100) are available in Excel or pre-formatted Adobe .pdf files. We integrate with PeopleSoft and legacy mainframe systems within existing clients. Data can be imported or exported in bulk through XML where required.

Konetic™ provides complete audit trails for compliance

We provide Investment Banking level security and data integrity. All clients live on dedicated hardware and software with industrial strength firewalls and security services. Other vendors get economies of scale by hosting multiple clients on the same infrastructure – we prefer to follow the Data Protection Act and keep all clients physically separate.

The core of Konetic™ is a customisable workflow engine – we can tailor the product to meet the exact requirements of individual recruitment lifecycles. Our Scheduling module is one of the most sophisticated in existence. Modules can be implemented without disrupting existing recruitment campaigns.
