The technical and business support service that is provided is backed up by comprehensive Service Level Agreements from Platinum (with full separate site fail-over systems for our most demanding customers) to Gold and Silver levels, covering system availability (up to ‘5 9s’ – 99.999% up time), backup and disaster recover, and all aspects of system and service responsiveness.
