Nicholas Birtles, Executive Chairman		Nicholas (Nic) Birtles has been Chairman of Konetic since mid 2005 and has served as a Non-Executive Director of Konetic since 2003. Originally from England, Nic has recently spent over nine years living and working in California’s Silicon Valley, where he held roles such as Chief Executive of Constellar (a leading Enterprise Application Integration EAI software vendor) and Executive Vice President of World-wide Operations for Gupta Corporation. Prior to moving to Silicon Valley, Nic was Senior Vice President of Europe for Gupta & also Senior Vice President of Europe for Ingres Corporation (a leading Relational Database Vendor) while it grew from zero revenues to over $100 Mil pa in less than 5 years. Nic started his IT career over 40 years ago initially as a Programmer, then moved in Sales, Marketing & Management. Nic was also on the Executive Council of the CSSA (the UK IT Industry Association now called Intellect) for several years, where he chaired their Single European Market Committee. He is currently the Chairman of the Entrepreneurship Committee for the Information Technologists Livery Company. Currently Nic is also an Angel Investor & Chairman in several early stage Software Companies. Nic has also written many published articles on IT Sales & Marketing Strategies plus co-authored a book, on the subject of motivation for business success, called "Ever Onward".
Jeremy Holland, Director		Jeremy directs the development of Konetic’s products: both new products for new clients, and modifications of existing systems being used by existing clients. Jeremy has a history of aligning technology with business needs. Prior to joining Konetic Jeremy was Programme Director for the Centre for Exploitation of Science and Technology where he ran industrial consortia in a range of technologies. Amongst the programmes he ran were the pre-eminent blue chip peer groups in the UK for knowledge management and logistics information systems. Prior to this he worked for two years as a consultant for Logica the IT services firm, and before that he spent a number of years as an IT researcher at St Thomas’ Hospital developing and implementing information and knowledge based systems. During this time he was awarded a PhD in Systems Science. Jeremy started his career as an analyst programmer for IBM. Jeremy has a MA in Natural Sciences.
Kathie Osborne, Non-Executive Director		Kathie is currently Director of Routech (a consultancy/interim management organisation specialising in developing Channels, Alliances and Partnerships for technology companies who want to do business in the UK/Europe) and non-Exec Director of Konetic. Kathie’s career has spanned VP level roles in Sales, Alliances & Channels, Business Development and broad business-to-business Marketing across such Technology companies as IBM, Oracle, Exodus Communications and BT Global Services. Kathie is Australian and has an MBA from City University Business School, London.
